It might be important to know what phone this is.
Why would you want to use iTunes? Just connect the phone in mass storage mode with an SD card installed, then drag and drop your files on your PC screen. That's how I did it on my old-fashioned blackberry and 2 basic phones. If your smartphone can;t do that, it's a great reason not to get a smartphone.
