How would I get better prints out of these?

Ok so I have an iphone 4 and recently I have snapped shot some pics off the internet using my phone. I went to print them off at a walmart kiosk to 8x10s and they came out extremely blurry. The mega pixels aren't that big for the photos. Can I take them somewhere else to get a perfect picture print?

You can't make blurry pictures better. Sorry it's not possible. Phones don't take very good pictures. The sensors are just too small, and the optics are just plastic - basically phones are rubbish as a camera, fine for a quick snap, but certainly not for quality work.

Short answer is NO!
A blurry picture is a blurry picture. You can't magically make it clear and bright.

Phone images will look pretty good on phones and as small versions on the web.
They *won't* make very good prints, especially larger ones.
No matter how many megapixels they have.
Phone lenses are tiny and lousy, the sensors are noisy, the sharpness stinks, the dynamic range is atrocious. If you want good large photos, get a good camera with a large sensor (DSLR).

Are you seriously saying you are taking photos from a computer monitor with your cell phone? First of all, that is copyright violation and you have no right to print such photos. Second, a cell phone photo creates a lousy print all by itself, … Thinking it is going to be able to produce a good print from a photo from a monitor is totally asinine.

Are they photos you took? Are they photos someone on Facebook took and didn't care if you did that? If they are random photos online then what you did is actually illegal. Should the photographers get nothing for their work while only the printers get paid?
