HUGE problem with new iphone 5S?

I recently upgraded to the 5S on Monday. Since then, already 4 or 5 times (including twice within 5 minutes of each other) if I so much as select a song to play, it randomly and quickly will shuffle through all of an artists songs, deleting all of them. I never had this problem with the 4S, and being able to listen to music is my primary reason for having an iphone (I only upgraded because my 4S broke). This is an inexcusable glitch and I need a remedy please!

This happened to an ipad 2 I had bought a while ago. Something must be a little glitchy with the ios firmware that is installed on your phone. What you can do to fix it is to
1. Plug your iphone into your computer.
2. Open up itunes.
3. Click on the thing that says what ever your phones name is, should be toward the middle of the side bar.
4. Click on the button that says back up now (that will save everything that you have on your phone)
5. Once it is done syncing then press restore iphone (that will put a new version of ios on your phone
6. When it is done keep it plugged into your computer and restore from a back up. (this will put everything back on the iphone and nothing will be lost even the data on the games)
if it does the same thing bring it to the nearest mac store and tell them the problem and demand it will be fixed. You will need to almost force it upon them because they would not like to refund you a new iphone. Hope that helps
