I accidentally bought a stolen iPhone 4

I didn't realize it was stolen otherwise I wouldn't have bought it. I paid 200 for it. I took it to the AT&T store to return it to the original owner but I was wondering how to get my money back from the seller? The person I bought it from is texting me back but is not letting me get my money back.

Did you give it to att already?

I wouldn't mess with them. Maybe you could contact the person who lost it and tell them who stole it so they can contact the police.

Report him include his phone number and store market where ever you bought it from if its black market theyll track his cell phone good luck
