Probably not, unless your phone has a "deleted texts" inbox. Otherwise your only choice might be to contact your mobile service provider, but they may require a court order to be able to release this info even to you, the contract holder!
No sorry man it's gone. Unless you also use imessage on a different device, it's gone forever
If you haven't backed it up then no, I don't know of any way to get them back. Its not like there's a recycle bin. Remember when they added the recycle bin for photos everyone complained that they now have to go clear it.

I want to send a text for someone to wake up to in the morning although if I send it now I think she'll still be awake whereas I don't want to sleep in tomorrow so its too late.
