I accidentally deleted some pictures off my iphone?

I let some (dirty word) borrow my phone and they deleted all of the pictures I had of me and my girlfriend, is there a way to get them back or have I lost those memories?

If you backed it up to your iTunes, just do a factory reset and restore it from the most recent backup you have on your iTunes. If not, you're out of luck.

There's some information there about your options if you didn't back up your photos to anything before you lost them. You may have to go for a paid program if you are willing to pay good money to get them back ($60-70)
