I'm going on a plane ride from Denver to Portland?

This is my first plane ride and i'm going alone and I don't know what to do I don't want to read or sleep and I have a iPhone to bring but I have re packed my bags several times but I don't know what to bring I just need some tips

Firstly relax. Its a short domestic flight, only a couple of hours. For your carry on baggage, bring your iphone with some music or movies and a book or crossword puzzles or something in case you get bored. You say you don't want to read, but you will get bored so its good to have something to do.
If you get hungry fast pack a light snack, but don't take any liquids as they will confiscate them during security control anyways.

Denver CO to Portland, OR? Flight time is only 2 1/2 hours, so really you don't need to sleep.
If you don't want to read, just stare out the window, or listen to music or play games on your phone.
Make sure you know what you can and can't take through security in your carry on and make sure you understand how security works.

As far as what to bring, we can't advise you because we don't know how long you are staying, what your activities will be and if you are a boy or a girl.
But in general, for your checked bag, take about half as many clothes as you think you will need and don't take full size toiletries.

To carry on the plane;
your iPhone (which you will have in airplane mode, and turned COMPLETELY off during taxi, takeoff and landing).
A wrap like a hoodie or sweater in case you get chilly inflight
Something to snack on in case you get hungry (a granola bar or a sandwich)
An EMPTY water bottle which you will fill up at the water fountain after you pass through security.

As far as what to do;
Check in online within 24 hours of your flight on the airline's website
If you are checking a bag, go to the ticket counter in the terminal with your picture ID and your flight confirmation number. If you didn't print out your boarding pass online, it will be given to you at the ticket counter.
Proceed to security with your picture ID and boarding pass.
Take out your liquids in gels, all under 3 oz, all in one quart sized plastic bag, your laptop and put them in a bin. Take off your shoes, belt, hat, and anything in your pocket, and place them in a bin.
Send all through the screener with your carry on bag.
After that, reassemble yourself and proceed to your gate.
Your departure gate is printed on your boarding pass and you can also look at the flight monitor screens (look like big screen TV's overhead throughout the concourse).
Arrive at your gate, wait for the announcement that boarding is starting; board with your row or zone.
Find your seat, stow your carry on, sit down, turn off your phone, fasten your seat belt, and wait for take off.
