Transfer old number to micro sim? I got a iphone 4s with a micro sim, i want transfer my old number and detail from big sim card on to the new micro sim. How do i do that? I'm on t-mobile in UK

How to transfer my old number to my new sim? I had a standard SIM card, but got a microsim for my iPhone 4S, so how do I transfer all my data off one sim to another one, so my micro sim will have my old number instead of the one already on the sim. I gotta be possible because I did it once before but I can't remember how, plus my sister transferred her number from a standard sim to a micro sim then to a nano sim.
How to transfer my number to my new iPhone from my old one since I didn't get a serial number? I had an iPhone 5 that got damaged so I had to get a new one from the Apple store. I use Straight Talk and it says on their website that I have an incorrect serial number. The Apple store didn't give me one and the serial number that's in my new phone doesn't work. Straight Talk says to use the serial number from the card that is given to you, but I didn't get a card.
