I'm selling a iPhone 4 for parts only on ebay is my first time but check no returns accept. But my question is ones is over a buyer win my iPhone then he or she want to return or refund do I need to refund the buyer? When he or she saw my description saying no return accept it please someone help me
Added (1). The phone doesn't work and only turn on and go to activation screen and does go on so what I write on item description was
I bought this iPhone 4 16gb from a friend of my. It work for a month or lest then when I upgrade the iPhone from 5.1.1 to iOS 6 it stop working i not expert of iPhone so i selling this one. You can see on the picture the iPhone is a great condition from and back and side ways it doesn't have original box or head phones or charge. I only selling the iPhone 4 16gb Blue "ONLY" all sell are finals "No Return Accepted"
They will say its not as described and open a claim with paypal, and the buyer always wins.
