I bought an iphone 4s then found out that the seller didn't own it. Haram? Ilegal?
When i first bought it i thought that the seller owned this phone… Then i find out that he just found the phone… He did not STEAL it he FOUND it… What do i do?
Take it to the police station. Tell them what happened. For all you know there may be a reward for it.
Take it back to him, and tell him to refund your money.
Then tell him you need him to take it to the police station, or you will report him.
1. You don't know that this person did not steal the phone.
2. Contact apple and report it.
3. Return the phone to the original owner.
You lost your money, but you are likely to be in receipt of stolen property, which is a crime. Let your local police department know what happened.

- Is it haram to buy goods not knowing where they come from? So these black guys came to my husband with iPhones etc and asked if he wanted to buy anything and he did. I got angry because I'm sure these people are thieves! I have no proof to say this, but where else would they get it from? I refuse to buy haram or have any haram money. He disagrees. - I have a big problem, i cracked my iphone screen and my home button and didn't fix it until a year later, i didn't fix my iphone for a year,? By this time, i have forgotten my password to unlock my phone, which led to my iphone disabled and linkin it to itunes. Finally remembere my password on itunes connected the usb. And itunes said, do you want to allow access info on iphone? Click continue. Then says please respond to iphone.Tho nothin cause its locked. I don't know what to do, because the photos on my iphone are precious to me and if i could get it factory reset id lose them all. Even tried icloud. With no sucess.
- I didn't get my refund from the ebay seller? I accidentally purchased an iPhone 4s from ebay. Soon after realizing what I had done, I quickly requested a cancelation before it was even shipped. He granted it. I asked him if I will receive my money back and he says that the amount should auto-refund as soon as I accepted the cancelation. He said it would take 24 hrs for the money to be refunded into my account. It's been three days and I haven't received the refund. I've tried emailing him but no replies. What can I do now?
