I didn't get my refund from the ebay seller?

I accidentally purchased an iPhone 4s from ebay. Soon after realizing what I had done, I quickly requested a cancelation before it was even shipped. He granted it. I asked him if I will receive my money back and he says that the amount should auto-refund as soon as I accepted the cancelation. He said it would take 24 hrs for the money to be refunded into my account. It's been three days and I haven't received the refund. I've tried emailing him but no replies. What can I do now?

If you paid with paypal then get onto them, but if you can be bothered read the terms in ebay about purchases and refunds. How did you accidentally buy a phone, its not like you do it with one click, you have to bu, confirm read, and confirm again. You wasted the guys time, now he is teaching you a lesson… Your mistake took his listing out for other buyers…
