I bought something on the App Store and my iTunes credit is gone but I don't have the receipt?
I recently bought Sven goblins vs gnomes pack on a game called hearthstone on my iPhone. The $10 was deducte from my iTunes credit, but I have not received the packs and I have not been emailed a receipt like I normally do. It has been about an hour since the purchase. Did I get ripped off, or should I just wait?
You should have received the card packs instantly within the game. Go to the open packs screen and if they aren't there then contact Blizzard support for help.
- Would I have to pay California tax if I bought an iPhone in NV with a CA credit card? Don't really want to pay $60 extra in tax for my phone if I can hop over to NV and not pay it…
- Where has the store credit gone? I updated my Iphone like 3 hours ago and I had store credit put onto it from the Itunes card and after the update, the credit was gone! I scrolled down the app store and the credit was not there but before I had £14 left on it! Can someone please tell where I could find my credit!

I just updated my Iphones software to 6.1.6 today, and after a bit, Kik stopped working and wouldn't load my conversations or settings so I deleted it. I tried to go to the app store to reinstall it, but its not loading. What should I do? Yeah, i'm connected to the internet. Should I restore my phone?
