I can't access my junk folder on iPhone 5?

It says downloading. Then 'NO MAIL' shows in the window.

Why I can't see any photos folder when I connect apple iphone to pc? I wanna sync photos from iphone to computer but i can't see any folder of photos in the iphone when i connect it to computer, the only thing I see is My Music folder. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
How to turn off Microsoft SmartScreen on my hotmail? (Everything gets send to Junk)? Microsoft SmartScreen sends everything I review to Junk even though it's not spam or whatever, and it's getting rather annoying. How do we turn it off without changing settings from the computer (just chaning settings on Outlook) as I only use my hotmail on my iPhone/Hotmail.

How to create a folder I can lock with a password on my iPhone? I know I can lock my iPhone all toghether by setting a password, but I just want to know if this can become selective in a way. Like, of I don't mind people having access to my music but not my messages or a certain application, is there a way I can lock them separately? Maybe if I could create a folder to put them all in and lock that folder alone?
