I can't hear my iphone without headphones?

When I'm making calls, people hear me but i can't unless i get headphones or speaker on.
how can i solve that problem.

Sounds a bit like your internal speaker might be knackered, if your still in warranty, have the apple store look at it

I assume you know how to turn up and down your volume when talking on your iphone. So if you have tried turning up the volume when talking to others, you might need new speakers on your iPhone.

This is a common fault on the iPhone. The internal earpiece speaker stops working and the only was of using the phone is via and external source on on loud speaker. I run a company that offers iPhone repairs and this fault will sometimes occur along with a faulty power button / volume button or proximity sensor. Other times it is just the earpiece and this can be replaced by apple if under warranty or by a third party repair centre for around £25.

Take it to apple. If its in warranty they will replace free if charge… If its outside if warranty they might replace it but it will cost around 40-50% of the price of a new one so you can have a replacement

  • When i call someone on my iphone they can't hear me and i can't hear them why? Well it just happened i was calling my dad like 10 minuets ago and then i hung up and then called him 5 minuets later and i could hear him but he can't hear me for some reason why is that? I'm sorry i meant i CAN hear them but they can't hear me
  • My normal headphones won't work after using Bluetooth headphones? (iPhone 7)? I've been using AirPods for a couple months now and the battery is getting pretty bad so I decided to get some plug-in Apple headphones but those don't work. When I plug them in I get a "not supported" notification. I've also tried friends headphones that worked fine on there phone, so I know it's not just faulty wires.
  • IWorld headphones are connected to my iPhone but I can't hear sound? The headphones are fully charged so I know that isn't an issue. I've tried restarting my iPhone 6s and the headphones to connect them again. All the functions work, like turning up the volume and changing a song, I just can't hear anything from the headphones. My Bluetooth icon at the top part of my iPhone won't show up gray (showing that something is connected) or show the battery. I have had my phone connected to other Bluetooth devices like speakers and it works fine.
  • IPHONE-when I make a phone call I can't hear the caller and the caller can't hear me? When I make a phone call I can't hear the caller and the caller can't hear me. Also, when i try to put it on speaker, it goes off speaker in a couple seconds. I can't even hear the dial tone or the voice box if a person doesn't answer. - my volume is all the way up - i don't have my phone on do not disturb or airplane mode
