I can't turn off Find My iPhone?
Every time I try to sign out of iCloud, a message pops up that says it can't sign out because I can't turn off Find My iPhone.
Go to settings > icloud > find my iphone > and turn off find my iphone
- My iPhone just got stolen and i didn't put on Find my iphone. Is there a way i can find it without find my iphone? I have found out that i can remove my iphone from associated devices. Does doing this erase the iphone?
- IPhone needs me to turn off Find My iPhone but Wi-Fi is disabled on the phone? Basically I have this old iPhone that I want to reset in case we ever need another phone. But the Wi-Fi is disabled, so I put in an old backup of my iPhone to see if it would fix it, to no fix. So I decided that I would just reset it completely, but now it needs Find My iPhone to be turned off to do so. Well I can't turn it off because Wi-Fi doesn't work and it's not on our wireless account and doesn't have data.
- IPhone lock button broken. Can turn off but how do i turn it on? The lock button at the top of my iphone is broken, but i have been using it fine as i have turned on 'Assistive Touch' and have been using the white dot that appears on screen. However, I'm worried about turning it off, and surely the white dot will disappeaer when the phone is off, and I will have no way of turning it on? Am I correct in thinking this?
- If I restore my iPhone will it turn off Find My iPhone? I had to put in an insurance claim because I shattered my phone and they require you to turn off Find My iPhone. I can't do it in iCloud because my account isn't verified and the email to my itunes is so old I can't even get into it anymore. If I restore my phone to factory settings will it turn it off? Or how else can I turn it off?
