I can't get IOS 7 Beta on my Iphone 4?

Last night i was trying to get IOS 7 beta 3 on my Iphone 4.It wouldn't work. I checked if i had the correct firmware to change it to and i did. I tried CMDA and GSM and both wouldn't work. My phone model is A139. And i'm doing this without a registered UDID and DEV account. I know you can because one of my friends knew someone that did it. ( I saw It). If anyone can help me, I would be very grateful.

It is impossible to install iOS 7 without having your UDID registered with a developer account. The cheapest way to do it is at http://www.instantudid.com/. That's where I did mine and I got iOS 7 on my 4S.

I'm assuming you mean A1349 and I have the same model. Make sure you downloaded the correct version. I used a YouTube video search up Knosrocks he's really good you'll find his tutorial vid. Hope this helps.
