I don't know how to put music on my iphone 4?

I would like to put my music from itunes onto my iphone but don't know how to do it. I'm not very good with technology, so I would need really basic step by step notes.
I do have an itunes account created, I also have music on my desktop that I have downloaded.
Now I would like to transfer these songs onto my iphone. But got absolutely no idea.
Can anyone please help me out?

Use a USB cable to connect from iPhone to computer. On iTunes the iPhone should come up as a connected device, drag songs to your iPhone on the left hand side of the iTunes window. Hope this helped.

Ok first go to itunes and click "file" then click "add folder to library" then find the file that has your music in it. Then plug in your iphone and click "sync" after it is done syncronizing then you should see it on your iphone. If you have any questions please ask me>

Then I asked how fast is the processor like 1.2 dual people buy them because its more mainstream and because their friends have iPhones Samsung is way better based on specs and technology the iPhone 4s and 4 processors are very slow
