I dropped my iphone 4s in water now it won't turn on can any on tell me how to fix it?

I don't know what is wrong can SOMEONE TELL ME?

This is kinda similar to the headphones problem I JUST responded too, but try the rice method or read my response to the other person.

I had this happen before, And THANK GOD it works again, get a piece of tissue paper, toilet paper, napkin anything similar, rip a small piece off, roll it up like a slightly thick tooth pick and place it into the ear phone jack, which is where you put the earphone plug. Do this multiple times a day and the end of the day or tomorrow it should work. This can take up to MAX two or three days.minimum is a day. If it doesn't work, you might wanna stick to rice. The papers normally soak up an inside water that's laying around and try to have the plug standing downwards so it can flow down to the paper.

Btw this method is used for slight water problems, Don't expect it to be this soon or easy. Best chance for that is using rice and putting it in a baggy with it to soak up any water that leaks out.

Put the iPhone in a container/box full of dry rice.

I think I know what is wrong. I think it has something to do with water being inside on electronics. I don't think tightening a few screws will fix it. Dry it for a few days and hope it isn't ruined.

Everything was working fine until today when I installed a tweak. After the tweak installed I had to restart springboard, now it won't turn on. The apple logo pops up then goes away. I plugged it into my laptop and reset it but it's still doing the same thing.
