I dropped my Iphone 4s on cement. It makes noise but the screen is entirely black?
The power button on my phone has been broken for a while, so I can't try to reset it. I tried holding in the home button and Siri came on but the screen didn't. I tried syncing to my computer but that didn't help either. Any suggestions?
What do you expect? Unless you're qualified to disassemble it and trouble shoot it, take it to an Apple store.

I was on my iPad mini at camp then it died. I came home when I was done and plugged it in for at least 20 minutes. I came back to check on it and it wasn't charging. I put it in different chargers but it still wouldn't charge. I got my mom and she checked it out but it still wouldn't charge or turn on. So, my mom went and called Apple. They asked questions like "What happened?" and they gave suggestions that may turn it on. Turns out, nothing worked on my iPad. So, we went to the store I got it from and we used the receipt. If your worried about your stuff just put in the Apple ID and iCloud things will show up as long as you backed it up.
- Why is it that every time i lightly tap my iPhones power button it makes a rattle noise? I have an iPhone 5s and i don't know why its making a noise when i gently tap the power button. (Tapping it not pressing it) I've had the screen replaced twice and Maybe that's why? But i also had a very tight case on it maybe making it loose. Occasionally, it makes this weird quick whining noise like something being turned on, like a high pitched beep, but only for like 2 seconds. I hope someone knows why? I doesn't lag or anything when it does, just the noise. Thanks It only makes the sound rarely.
