I dropped my Iphone 5c and now it won't delete apps, it only freezes

It'll freeze for a good 5 minuets, and then its perfectly good again. Its not jailbroken, I just dropped it on hardwood floor today with a terrible case on it. Is this the reason? How do I fix it? Anything will be appreciated

Just drop it again and see what happens.

Try resetting it, hold the lock button until the power off option appears, continue to hold it and press the home button it should reset after this. Check if it works if it doesn't then take it to a repair shop, look around for the cheapest shop usually prices differ

  • What Happeneds if i jailbreak my iphone and it freezes and/or doesn't work? Like, could it be restored so all of my stuff was still on there? if so how? if my stuff couldnt be restored could i refomat the phone so it still works? if so how?
  • IPhone5 freezes and won't turn off? I've had it since Christmas and nothing's been wrong. I don't know what happened but recently when I try to power off my iphone or close my Apps I get a black screen with a loading symbol but the white symbol is frozen. It's not loading and seconds later I'm back at my one screen. And it randomly takes me to this screen like when I'm in a call and I can't Hear or when I'm closing apps.
  • Ios6 freezes every time I try to delete an app? I have an iphone 4 with ios6 Every time I go to delete an app it freezes. I press the 'X' next to the app and it highlights but all the apps continue to jiggle and the phone is unresponsive for a minute or two and then it fixes itself. Anyone else have this problem with ios6? Is there any way to solve it?
  • I dropped my iPhone in water and now the screen won't turn on what should i do? It seems like the phone is still working because it still makes noise when I touch the buttons and my alarm still went off this morning but the screen is completely black. It is in rice now but is that still the best solution if everything is working except my screen? And I know I'm supposed to turn it off but I can't because the screen won't work.
