I dropped my iphone 5s in the beach?

There was a low tide today at the beach and we went crabbing. And i accidently dropped my iphone. It slipped out of my pants for some reason… Well anyways it dropped and i immediately picked it up. It was underwater for like 1-2 seconds. And we werent really deep maybe a foot deep or so? Well I came home an hour later ( i live far from the beach) I drenched my iphone in my clothes and wrapped it completely in clothes. I made like a seal for my phone and wrapped it with my clothes. Anyways i got home it works perfectly fine. Only thing wrong is it says I have head phones on. When I don't. So whenever someone calls me I have to put it on speakers or put on headphones. So my ear piece speaker doesn't work.
Please help. This happened today awhile ago. After I figured the problem I turned it off and sealed it completely in rice.

You can send it to your original iPhone repair service centre. If it is under warranty, they may even give you a new replacement in certain countries. If not, they will service it for you.

Someone suggested using a hair dryer and blow it onto your iPhone. Not sure if it works.

I had the same problem with my phone not too ling ago, the only difference is that the phone wasn't dropped in the water. I then reset my phone by holding the power button and home button like a screen shot until the phone shut off (this will not delete anything from you phone or anywhere else). My phone then was back to normal.
