I dropped my iphone in milk?
Everything is working fine except my speakers. You can't hear anything.

Well they are probably broken. Electronics don't work well with liquid.
First, put your iPhone in a bowl of water, this makes sure you there's no milk left in the iPhone, then smear it in with peanut butter this has certain chemicals that clean the iPhone from the milk, once you have done this put it in a bowl of water again. Then dry it with a hairdryer, after that you should clean the speakers with Q-tips.
