I dropped my iPhone in rice pudding?

So I was watching tv and I dropped my iphone 4s in my rice pudding.

I took it out straight away and everything works fine apart from the speakers are a bit quiet.

Any help?

Try putting it in a bowl of rice so that all the water is soaked up, hope your speakers start working after that. Best Of Luck!

I accidentally dropped my iPhone in water. i placed it in rice for 3 days and its working EXCEPT FOR ONE PROBLEM. The phone won't charge. There's a small, faint red dot in the charging port on my iPhone. Ti read on the apple website to go to the store, and That the warranty doesn't cover if the red dot appears. so can i fix this on my own? Please Help! I need the phone to do my job. And i don't have the time or the money to get it to the store and pay for this.
  • I got pudding inside my iPhone charging port? So like I got pudding inside it because I guess I spilt some on my charger and plugged it into the phone then quickly took it back out. I then used something to get out Anything if there was anything and nothing came out. Maybe it didn't really get in there I don't know. Do you guys think it's fine? I haven't had any problems with it so far
  • I dropped my iphone on the ground in the rain and it still works, should I still put it in rice? It's been thundering the past week and I dropped my phone on my driveway. It was there for no more than five minutes and it works fine, I had it in rice for ten minutes (doubt it did any good lol) should I keep it in the rice if it works fine?

The only thing that seems to be off is that I can't hear the clicking of typing when the sound is on and when I use the volume button, it just says ringer and doesn't show how loud my phone is… Everything else seems to be fine Can I use something besides rice?
