I dropped my iPhone in water and can't receive texts?

I dropped my iPhone in a sink full of dirty soapy dishes 2 nights ago. I turned my phone on the next morning and it said there was no SIM card (there was). I took the SIM card out and let my phone dry for 24 more hours. It is now reading my SIM card and allowing me to send text messages. However, I'm not receiving any. Any clue what's going on?

  • Why don't I receive alerts or a notification when I receive a text and I already checked my settings? I adjusted my setting and even put the ringer and notifications on and put the volume and ringer on and I receive no alert, no pop up, alert or notification when someone texts me. Why? This is the iPhone X! I went to the cell phone/ carrier store and they didn't help me. They said to go to the apple store or check the settings. I already adjusted the settings. So what do I do now?
  • My iPhone 5c randomly said 'searching. ' And I can't receive any calls or texts or send them? But the network is fine with my family's phones. I've tried airplane mode, resetting my phone 3 times and taken out my sim. Please I'm desperate to get this fixed!
  • My iphone 4 won't send or receive texts and no Wi-Fi? Okay so as of yesterday my iphone won't send or receive texts… and their is NO Wi-Fi wherever i go even if i type in the CORRECT Wi-Fi password it still won't work i already tried rebooting it and stuff, if i restore it will these problems go away?

I'm on a tarrif where i get unlimited text 150 mins and 250mb of data (Vodafone) and i was texting my mother and all of a sudden my texts wouldnt send and then my network went it came up no service on my phone ( i'm using an iphone 3gs i don't care about what phone i have as long as i have one lol ) then my network came back on and i have my internet and my calls but don't have my texts can anyone help me to sort this out
