I feel so bad for the people from the old days?

Like seriously how the heck did they survive?

They didn't have iPhones(can't go anywhere without mine), computers(grew up with them), and especially INTERNET. LIKE OMFG IF I WERE THEM I WOULD'VE KILLED MYSELF.

You do realize that those poor people from the "old days" are the ones who invented all that stuff?

We aren't as bad off as you think we're! I also don't need an iPhone, pod, pad or pooter to get by in this world. I can use knowledge!

Life was better then: people actually socialized with each other!

People in them old days were most likely far happier than we're today will all our gadgets.
Times are changing all the time and chances are, in a few years, if you have kids and they grow up they may well think the exact same thing about you.

It may sounds strange but a lot of people love the good old days and the simplicity of those times.

To each their own in this regard and I wish you all the best with your creature comforts.

Depending upon what era, some would say things were better then. But it depends what era.

The old days were much better than nowadays.
We had real friends, not so called friends on Facebook that people will probably never even meet.
We were out playing in the fresh air not sitting in our bedrooms moaning about needing the latest gadgets.
We, from the olden days can spell better than kids nowadays.
We had fun.

See what you mean, heats a couple tortures they may have had to deal with:

Having to converse with individuals face-to-face that were real people with eye-to-eye contact
visiting friends and relatives for social needs (maybe going dancing, picnicking etc without bringing
the airwaves with you)

when traveling with the family, only having the scenic wonders to view for the children (no DVD's to
view in the back seat and no one to talk to but each other) -- such agony

and so many many more activities they had to subject themselves to (oh woe is me)
