I found an iphone on the floor? What do I do with it?
I don't want to be accused of stealing (theft by finding). I took it home and used it for awhile after i broke the sim card. I can't return it to a police station because i'm a child and i can't tell my parents (don't ask why). Also, I'm only allowed to travel stricly to and from school, no where else. I found the phone on the sidewalk when i was walking to school. Its an iphone 5 gray. How do I get rid of this thing, because i know that its not mine I don't want it anymore. Also, I can't call the owner. I just want this out of my hands.

The police will come calling anyway, they transmit their position after theft and the location of use is recorded. So hand it in to the police, say you found it and start praying.
Have you ever seen a dumpster, toss it in one.
Why would you break the SIM card?
Take it to an Apple Store and tell them you found it in the street.
