I get error code 1009 using my iPhone, how can I solve it?

I'm using iPhone and I'm in Iran, recently I receive an error with 1009 code, what is it about and how can I get rid of it? It is Really annoying.

That error means that iTunes has detected that you're in a country where the apps you are trying to purchase can't be purchased. This is done by the IP address of your request.
