I got a new iPhone 5C and my iMessage isn't syncing to my macbook. Any suggestions?

In order for iMessages to sync across devices, every new conversation on either device has to be started from the same address. Verify this by first going to Messages settings on your iPhone and check whether it's sending from your phone number or your email address, then go to Messages account preferences on your Macbook and check that it's sending from the same phone number/email address as your iPhone. Keep in mind that deleting a conversation from one device DOES NOT delete it from the other/s.

I logged into my iTunes like normal but the only songs that were there were the ones purchased recently via iTunes. I usually buy my songs from a different source and put them on iTunes manually. If I sync my iPhone to iTunes will I lose all of that music or will it be transferred to the iTunes account?

I'm thinking about getting the new iphone 6 but id be syncing it to my macbook pro, i'm just wondering if i would lose my photos i have stored on there, or would they sync onto my new phone, and can i stop this? I'm giving my 5s to my mum and ill be deleting the photos and everything on there so itll be new for her to use. Can someone who's good with this sort of thing help me out?!
  • My iPhone 4s will not connect to my home Wi-Fi no matter what suggestions I try. Any suggestions? So I never had an issue connection to my home Wi-Fi before with my iPhone 4s, until 2 days ago. I have done everything; forgotten the network, reset the network settings, ect. No matter what I read on these forums, nothing seems to really work. I don't know how to do much with electronics and such, so things suggested like with the static IP and all of that, I don't understand. Please, if anyone can help me, I'd truly appreciate it.
  • IPhone 5 isn't finding hotel Wi-Fi. Any suggestions? So I'm at an airport hotel. A Hilton if it matters. I'm in my room and my macbook found the hotel Wi-Fi network with no problem. So I have a long flight tomorrow and so I'm downloading a bunch of new games for my iphone. On of them requires a Wi-Fi network to download. So i tried to find the Wi-Fi network on my iPhone and it isn't finding any network, even though my macbook is connected to the internet. So why can't my iPhone find the network?
