IPhone 5 isn't finding hotel Wi-Fi. Any suggestions?
So I'm at an airport hotel. A Hilton if it matters. I'm in my room and my macbook found the hotel Wi-Fi network with no problem. So I have a long flight tomorrow and so I'm downloading a bunch of new games for my iphone. On of them requires a Wi-Fi network to download. So i tried to find the Wi-Fi network on my iPhone and it isn't finding any network, even though my macbook is connected to the internet. So why can't my iPhone find the network?
The mac book has a longer Wi-Fi range than the iphone
- What is the Wi-Fi password for best western hotel? I'm staying in an Arkansas best western hotel, and I need the Wi-Fi password forrm iPod touch. (I'm writing this on my friend's iPhone). I need the Wi-Fi password very badly. I tried to contact the front desk, but the phone isn't working! Please help. Sorry, it's too late for that. (Time wise) I'm with my youth group and they told us not to leave until morning. (Also, please be a bit more polite about this)
- My iPhone 4s will not connect to my home Wi-Fi no matter what suggestions I try. Any suggestions? So I never had an issue connection to my home Wi-Fi before with my iPhone 4s, until 2 days ago. I have done everything; forgotten the network, reset the network settings, ect. No matter what I read on these forums, nothing seems to really work. I don't know how to do much with electronics and such, so things suggested like with the static IP and all of that, I don't understand. Please, if anyone can help me, I'd truly appreciate it.

Hello… So i'm at Seneca hotel and i connected my iohone to the Wi-Fi for free without any passwords and when i went to the lobby and then came back to my room in floor 20 my phone won't connect to the Wi-Fi i tried and turned my phone off and on again but it did'nt work. - How to share hotel Wi-Fi to gaming console via Android/iPhone? Some hotels have a login passkey or otherwise login verification that you need a browser to access, -not- WPA/WEP security keys. For some reason I'm unable to pass this "login" on a console (Xbox 360, PS4), yet I'm able to do so on my iPhone/Android tablet via their browsers. Sans using a laptop, is there any way I can use to share a Wi-Fi connection through my iPhone or Android tablet without using my data plan?
