I got a new iphone 6 and it had scratches?

I got a new iphone 6 last weekend and it already have ting scratches on the sides of the phone (not the screen ) how do I fix this? Does Apple fix it?

Apple does not fix this, having a case in that is sealed, would have prevented the scratches, not putting the phone down on hard surfaces that were not clean, also would have prevented the scratches, not putting the phone in a pocket with dirt, grime and grit, would have prevented the scratches.

Putting the phone in a soft cloth pouch would help as well. And can you FIX this, yes, but ONLY by replacing the phone itself or the phone housing.

Bumper type silicon cases help, but they attract lint and dirt, so you would need to remove them often to clean them and the phone, to prevent trapped grit and dirt from causing rub/wear marks on the case.

So the BEST option is day one, put a dust/water proof case on the phone. If water and dirt can't get in, it is very unlikely that girt and dirt will either. But of course no one thinks about that until the first scratches show up.

There's no "fixing it". You scratched it. It isn't a fatal flaw. Unless it interferes with the operation of the phone, it doesn't matter in the least. Since you didn't put it into a protective case, you have no one to blame but yourself. Grow up. Deal with it.

They'll help you if you got the apple insurance thing.

Or you could just complain to the store location you got the phone in.
