I got my iphone 4s from virgin mobile two days ago and it overheats very badly?
The battery heats so much to the point i have to put it down i'm not even downloading anything and i already turned off everything location settings brightness etc and i already charged it from 20% i don't know what to do i paid full price and i don't want it to waste
Virgins tend to come real quick and overheat, there new, you need to let there batterys get use to something they have never done before.

If you can, ask to exchange it for a new one. If not, when it begins to overheat lay it on a cold surface. After awhile it will stop overheating

- I tried to install ios 11 few days ago and it said an error occurred installing ios 11. I have iphone 5s. Why is this? I deleted many photos and it says again that i have 0KB storage, i can't delete other things because i need them. And when i press install it doesn't say you don't have enough storage, appears verifying update and after 30-40 secs it says an error occurred installing ios 11. Why is this? What do i do?
