I got the iphone 6 11 days ago and it won't turn on. When I plugged it in last night it said it was charging but now there's no response. It seems like it's dead and there's nothing I can do to turn it on. I tried holding home and the on/off button, I tried plugging it into my lap top while holding the home button and just holding the on/off button, nothing seems to work.
Take it to the apple store or send it to them and they'll diagnose the problem, which is most likely hardware and not software, and they will either fix it or replace it for free. You are still under their one year apple care warranty.
- When should i be expecting my order? Do i have to wait a total 4-5 days being that Saturday and Sunday aren't business days? I ordered an Iphone 6s plus and an Iphone 7 plus from sprint on Friday (today s Sunday). The website said that it was a 2-3 business day shipment/delivery time frame… As you know Saturday and Sunday aren t business days. When should i be expecting my phones? Will i get the between Tuesday and Thursday?
- My old iPhone 5c won't turn on even though it was working fine a month ago and has just been in a drawer since. How can I get it working? My charger is fine. How can I turn it on?

- Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
