I have 14 GB left of storage, but my iPhone says my storage is full and I can't record videos or download apps.

Call Apple.

Could try restarting the phone to see if that reading is incorrect.

Also should look into clearing storage or looking into what the phone is reading as what is taking it up.

Or unless you are referring to iCloud storage which is separate from the onboard storage of the phone.

  • IPhone says my storage is full, when nothing is on here? I have the iPhone4 with 8 GB. I want to update to the new ios7 update, but I need 3GB to do so. I'm at 2.7, but I've deleted literally every single picture, message, song, app, and email. Nothing is on here, yet it says I've used 4GB. When I go to my usage settings, it says nothing is there. So what is takin up all my space?!
