I have a iphone 4s thats stopped working as i dropped it in water?
I have a iphone 4s that I got off my friend as he got hes upgrade to a iphone 5. I dropped the iphone 4s in some water and was working ok till today now it won't turn off and won't turn back on would I still be able to sell it at21 envirofone?
Why sell a faulty phone?
Put it in a Baggy of rice. Rice helps absorb water. Leave it in overnight and see if it works!
If you do not take apart your iphone when you dropped into water. The mainboard and the battery will be breakdowned. And the apple store won't change another new iphone for you by free for the dropped iphone. It maybe cost you much money. Btw, even the dropped iphone will be repaired, there will be still some problem happen.

We would still be able to accept this phone but it would be classed as water damaged which would lower the price significantly.

I don't think it is a problem with the phone itself because I can play music on my ipod on my phone without earbuds and the sound for siri works too with the speakers but its just sound on safari that isn't working, like I can't watch youtube without earbuds on. - I have four pairs of apple iphones and all have them have stopped working? Every single one of them has stopped working so that I can only hear music in one earphone and not the other. I can't contact apple to complain because apparently you have to pay to do that! Do other non apple earphones work on an ipod? - I have an IPhone 6 which the other week stopped working on any Wi-Fi unless it is about a metre away from the router This happens on bt Wi-Fi connections even when other devices work on it completely fine, however it does work when on virgin media just fine. Any ideas as to what has caused this?
