I have a iPhone and my safari froze when a pop up asked me to call this number to get rid of a virus so I don't know if I have a virus or no?
So today I was looking for music online and this pop up came up and froze my browser and it asked me to call this number but I didn't and hit cancel and cleared my history and I restarted my phone cause it acted slow so I don't know if I have a virus or not

Look up what Scareware is.
In short, you don't have a virus. That website is trying to make you 'scare' you into believing that something is wrong. They're just trying to scam you. Clear your cache (should be in Safari settings in the Settings app).

- IPhone help, can't get out of this pop-up on Safari? So I was using Safari, and all of a sudden this pop up comes up saying "you have 1 chat notification click okay" the pop up is from a site called mobile-notifications.com and behind it is a new window that I didn't open titled "free chat client". It won't let me get out of the window without clicking on "okay" so I can't get rid of it or open any other windows on safari.
