IPhone help, can't get out of this pop-up on Safari?

So I was using Safari, and all of a sudden this pop up comes up saying "you have 1 chat notification click okay" the pop up is from a site called mobile-notifications.com and behind it is a new window that I didn't open titled "free chat client".

It won't let me get out of the window without clicking on "okay" so I can't get rid of it or open any other windows on safari.

Press and hold power and home buttons. This properly re starts the phone and clears the RAM. Hold them together until the start up screen shows.

Once I launch from my homescreen, it just redirects to the website instead of launching the Cydia app. I've also tried the method where I download apps infected with Cydia and launch for 30 seconds but it doesn't work

I don't have a mac so would this effect me, my pc is also broken at the moment, but will this cause problems on my iphone or anything like that I'm not a tech wizard so if you know how to fix this and can explain it easily it would be really helpful thank you
  • Iphone safari help! Time bar? My friend was messing around with my iphone 4s and she went on safari. I don't know how, but she made the time and battery percentage bar disappear. Its driving me crazy because anytime i want to see the time i have to x out of safari.
  • I have a iPhone and my safari froze when a pop up asked me to call this number to get rid of a virus so I don't know if I have a virus or no? So today I was looking for music online and this pop up came up and froze my browser and it asked me to call this number but I didn't and hit cancel and cleared my history and I restarted my phone cause it acted slow so I don't know if I have a virus or not
