I have a jailbroken locked iphone on ios 6 and i want to update to ios 7?
I have a jailbroken locked iphone on ios 6 and i want to update to ios 7 final version. If i update to ios 7 using a ipsw file do i have to go through the activation screen again or it won't appear?
You will not have to go through the activation screen, unless you flashed the phone to be used for a different provider then the phone is under. I would back up your phone first, then do a factory reset on the phone and then do the update through iTunes. Make sure iTunes is updated to the latest version (11.1)
