I have a problem charging my iPhone 4s?

Now here is my qestion what is hapening to my device i have for a year or so and didn't even had this problem before but a couple days earlier i saw the problem i had a big struggle charging my iPhone 4s if i want to do it i need to either blow on the charger and the port or plug/unplug it until i hear the charging gingle i had cleaned the port but to no avail. I haven't tried with other chargers but my iPhone is comepletly functional upgraded to the latest ios (iOS 9) and i started having this problem a couple days ago is there any solution to this or just sell my phone and buy a new one? (And no i don't think my main motherboard is fried) i have tried blowing on the usb but that doesn't work.

Try a different charger and see if that works. (usually does)

There's even little lightning showed on battery icon, but it does not charge at all - tonight I put plugged it in with 33% of battery and when I came back it was totally dead…

I have never dropped this phone or it hasn't been water damaged! I resorted my phone by pressing the lock and home screen and put it on charge, my charge percentage isn't going up it keeps decreasing, even though it says that my phone is on charge, what should I do?
