I have an iphone 4s and it won't connect to the internet without wi-fi?

Maria check your ISP's APN settings is inputted correctly into your iPhone 4S that's the only reason that it wouldn't be working. If it's not inputted correctly call your ISP for the correct settings.
- Why won't my xbox 360 connect to the internet but will connect to my iphone hotspot? Ill play cod bo2 almost daily and my xbox will connect to my mobile hotspot on my iphone 4s fine, but out of no where it will lag out and disconnect me from xbox live, its not a hardware issue everything connects normally, full bars and everything the phone still lets me get on the internet, but my xbox will not, why D:?

This has happened before but i don't understand why it keeps happening. My desktop uses a USB Wi-Fi adapter and my laptop has a built in one. I've tried restarting the modem but nothing happens.
