I have an Iphone 5s and it's out of storage space but I don't know why?

I've looked at my all my apps, music, ad pictures but it all doesn't add up. I connected it to itunes and the "other" part of the storage is almost 9gb. I e tried deleting everything and using a computer app to clean out space but nothing seems to be working. What can I do to get rid of the "other" part on my iphone? What should? Anything at this point would help a lot, so thank you in advance if you can help me!

The most effective remedy is restoring your phone to factory defaults, essentially wiping your phone clean of any data. Apps, music, pictures, contacts; all gone.

  • Why does my iPhone say that I have no storage space? I deleted so many apps and it still says that I have no space. I can't take pictures, download apps, nothing. I've tried turning it off and on and it says the same thing. What can I do to fix it? I'm trying to do everything I can't to restore it.
  • Not enough iPhone storage and don't know why? I want to update my iPhone 4 8GB to iOS 6. I deleted All my apps. Deleted hundreds of photos, contacts, notes, and emails. Still not enough space. I only have 1.8 GB available but I need 2.4GB. I have 1, 008 photos now and like 95 contacts. Also about 230 emails. No apps. My friend had more photos than me and had no problem. What is using up all my storage!

I have been trying to purchase an app and it was 558 MB and I didn't have enough storage.So, I deleted a ton of stuff off of my phone to where I had 926 MB available, so then I tried to download it again, but it still said I didn't have enough space? I also offloaded all my pics to my computer and still nothing.
  • My iPhone has ran out of storage and I just deleted a lot of photos and videos and there's still no storage So I moved a whole lot of photos and videos to iCloud Drive and deleted them off the phone itself to clear space up but it still says there's no storage left. Please help me to know what's wrong and what to do so I can clear up space.
