I have an iPhone 7 but when I try to call and FaceTime it doesn't work. I can't hear them and they can hear me?
Also my microphone doesn't work. When I put my earphones in they don't work either. But my phone charges. Someone please help me
I'd check an Apple Store concerning that
- When i call someone on my iphone they can't hear me and i can't hear them why? Well it just happened i was calling my dad like 10 minuets ago and then i hung up and then called him 5 minuets later and i could hear him but he can't hear me for some reason why is that? I'm sorry i meant i CAN hear them but they can't hear me
- My iphone 3 when I make a call I can hear them but? They can't hear me… I've rung o2 and they said do a soft reboot ( press power on switch and the big button on the front) together. I did, still the same… Or go to itune and update… I've not done this yet… Any other ideas first before I login to iTunes and try to update thanks She also said goto youtube and look how to do it with tech guru but I couldn't find it.

I can't even hear the dial tone or the voice box if a person doesn't answer. - my volume is all the way up - i don't have my phone on do not disturb or airplane mode
- If someone blocks you on iPhone and you hide your caller id and try calling, does the call work? If I hide my caller id will the call be completed or it will go straight to the voice mail? If I leave a voice message with a hidden caller id, will that person get the message?
