I have an iphone and when I get a text message, I always receive it 5-7 minutes late?
Whenever somebody texts me I always receive it about 5-7 minutes late. I turn my phone off and turn it back on and then I receive text messages at the correct time, but after a few days, it starts having the same problem. Any help?
You should get your iphone checked.
I have this same problem as well i think that its just a falt with the phone
I think it is some app or setting that you turn off checking frequently for text when it is off.
- Why don't I receive alerts or a notification when I receive a text and I already checked my settings? I adjusted my setting and even put the ringer and notifications on and put the volume and ringer on and I receive no alert, no pop up, alert or notification when someone texts me. Why? This is the iPhone X! I went to the cell phone/ carrier store and they didn't help me. They said to go to the apple store or check the settings. I already adjusted the settings. So what do I do now?
- Why does my iPhone receive messages late when I'm in a group text? I have the iPhone 4s with 16g (I have less than a gig left of space) and am on T-Mobile. Every single time I'm added to a new group text, my phone delays all messages sent to me. Regardless of whether it's another iPhone or if they're on the same carrier as me, none of my messages get to me until an hour or so later. Is it because I'm low on space? Or is it T-Mobile (probably the worst carrier I've ever had by the way)? Or is it the iPhone software?
- Why could i have gotten a text message with no text box? Yesterday morning, I looked at my smart phone ( android) and I got a text from someone. I clicked on the contact's text and there was no message, no blank bubble, nothing. It just looked like one of us was getting ready to start a conversation but no message was sent. (Extra info: I may be wrong but I think this certain contact has an iphone.) What could cause this? I don't want to ask the person because it would be extremely awkward.
- Why can't I send/receive photos via text message on my iPhone? I have an iPhone 4S, which I bought unlocked and I use Straight Talk. I can't receive or send photos to contacts that don't have iPhones. Can anyone tell me why this is, and help me get it working?
