I Have An Old iPhone And I Backed It Up To iCloud. How Do I Get It On My New iPhone?

I bought an iPhone but there was problems with it so I got a new one… But before I gave it away I backed everything up to iCloud.

So how do I get it back and onto my new iPhone? And does it do restoring of app data as well onto my new iPhone?

Such as Tiny Tower? So I don't have to start again?
And does it do all my notes and contacts as well?

When you turn on your phone for the first time click restore from icloud the click which backup you want then it will do the rest unfortunately it does not back-up where you were in a game so you have to restart. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but everything else you will have back and if you already set your phone back up just click restore and you will have to answer all the questions again

I took it to apple to get it fixed or "replaced" and they did give me a new one. Anyway, they told me that the battery life and freezing problem that i was having with the phone could be because of my software and they told me not to back it up. The problem is that I had old voicemails on that phone and I don't have the old one anymore. Is there anyway that I could get those voicemails back or even just one.

But I buy a new one and activate the icloud and tracker, does that mean the old iPhone is unlocked? What happens to it? Will I be notified if someone turns it on? Can I track it?

I was wondering if I clear out my icloud would there be a way to get it to update my photos from my phone so I will still be able to have them?
