I have the iphone 5, would upgrading to 5s be worthy?

I doubt it. I also have the 5 and before had the 4. There was no difference at all except size. And for the iPhone 5c it's way overpriced for using cheap plastic. And the iPhone 5s if your getting a good deal or money isn't a problem yeah go for it. But I would read the reviews first. It seems like all apple is doing is changing the appearance

Nope. Not at all. I have an iPhone 5 and if I were to upgrade it would be to a Galaxy S4.

I would finish your contract, then do the upgrade as 5 is still good. I can't wait to get 5S however as I really like the new camera features and fingerprint access. You should definitely update to iOS 7 though, free itunes radio, Airdrop, and call blocking is also now there on iOS 7. With the new iOS 7, even if the phone is stolen they can't wipe or unlock the phone without your Apple id and password, and will not be able to turn off the find my iphone feature without it. Stolen phones would be worthless now, iphones were already the most secure phones, now they will be light years ahead of any other phone.
