I have trouble going to bed?
I will always be on my iphone in bed until 3 in the morning. I know that's the problem but i do it every night it's addicting. Any tips how to stop? Even when i don't use it i'm still awake until 3 in the morning and I have go wake up at 7 for school.
You have insomnia. Try this, when you go to bed and you can't go to sleep get up and do a quick exercise (like jumping jacks). Take a shower before bed (if you prefer morning showers, then just take a quick rinse before bed. Don't think too hard at falling asleep because that can keep you up also. Instead, think of something relaxing, (for example, thinking of a guy you really like or a guy you would really like).
I totally am with you! I'm 7 n half months preg with a 3 year old that wakes up at 7 too lol. Try harder girlie you will one day miss that sleep. Put the phone down, don't drink caffeine before bed. Oh try n clear your mind otherwords quit thinking of stuff lol.

- Where can i buy a bed for my IPhone 5 (S)? I'm getting the IPhone 5 and my dad said i could buy a cool stand of my choice! I'm really excited to get it and i wanted to get a bed. I mean a bed like we sleep in. NOT A STAND YOU ATTACH.
- What time should i go to bed? I have to wake up at 6 to go to my private school and my parents have me go to bed at 9 i always end up staying up to midnight on my iphone and ipad how do i stop?
- What do if I just saw a cockroach on my bed like 5 minutes ago? I was laying on my bed watching something on my iPhone, then I felt something crawl on my arm and I look, I saw a cockroach right below my arms, I totally freaked out. But I killed it. I don't know if there's anymore so I'm scared to go to sleep. It was like a medium cockroach a little bit big.
