I have used Erase all content and settings option on a jail broken Iphone 4?

Help its taking too much time. All I see on the screen of my Iphone is a white gear. I can't even power off my cell.

I did this about a week ago I'm guessing your phone won't be recognized on iTunes well connect it to your computer and have iTunes open and press the home screen button and lock button at the same time for about 10 seconds then stop holding the lock button but make sure you keep holding the home screen button or it won't work and then keep holding it until a message pops up on iTunes saying something about restoring the phone and software for the phone will also download onto the computer now make sure you don't let the home screen button go until the message pops up its very important because it will not work if you do.

You have to restore from iTunes otherwise it won't work since you're jailbroken.
