I just bought an iPhone off of ebay?
Okay it said iPhone 5c 16GB (unlocked) smart phone white blue green etc. I already paid for it I'm just wondering if I'll be able to to use it at cricket under my mom's plan and why does it says smart phone? I'm really hoping I got the right thing since I saved all my money for this phone
It sound like it could it could be legit but it's hard to know since it's from eBay. Yes you'll be able to add it to your mom's plan, but it will be separate.
Since it's unlocked, it should work with virtually any carrier in the world. However, you may need to update or change some APN settings before it works correctly.
If you don't, you may only be able to call and text (not MMS) and no mobile data. You need to check with Cricket on that.
Also, I've never seen a "White Blue Green" iPhone 5C. I'm guessing those are the colors that you could choose?
A smart phone, is a phone that has more advanced features than most flip phones.
- What are my options to carrier unlock an iPhone 4s I bought off of eBay? I recently purchased an iPhone 4s off of eBay and it's still carrier locked. Is there a cheap/free way to carrier unlock it? It's currently jailbroken and it used to be on AT&T. I plan on switching it to MetroPCS. I only have the MetroPCS SIM card and it says I have signal but I can't make calls, texts, use the web. I'm not a AT&T customer and have no way of becoming one. I really need help. Any suggestions?
