And i was wondering if there's an app that allows you to download ringtones for free?
There are apps that let you download ringtones for free or even make your own with your iTunes library.
Yes search for zedge on the app store it has ringtones
No there isn't but you could make your own for free using Ventones.com. There's a longer way I personally prefer but the Ventones way is the easier way more people would end up using.
