I just got a new iPhone 5s but when I try and take close up photos it won't focus?

It keeps focusing on what's behind it.

You can press your finger on the screen over the object you wish to photography. Touching the screen will cause the lens to focus in that area.

If the lens can't focus on that area then you are too close to the subject.

  • Why does my laptop say there's nothing new to import when I try to upload my photos and videos? I have a Toshiba laptop with a Windows 10 software. Whenever I plug in my iphone to transfer my photos and videos to my laptop, it says that there are no new items found to import. In reality, there are about 2,000 photos and videos on my iPhone that aren't on my laptop. It's only some photos that this happens with though. Like all of the photos in 2013. Any photos more recent are able to be uploaded but not most of the photos from that time period. How can I fix this?

It's never done this before, and it won't focus only when I'm far away from something but when I get right up to the object it focuses perfectly… Is there anything I can do in settings or anything at all without having to go to apple?

I always had an app/widget called task killer that I would tap and it would close all my running apps. Today I got my first iPhone 4 and see there are no such apps however I know I have a ton of things running, how can I close them out/save battery?

The screen was pink so I started up my phone again and it went away. However, whenever I double click my home screen and try to swipe away or close apps I've been using the background screen is a bright pink color. What's wrong with my phone and why is it like this?
