I just started playing SPYmouse on my iPhone and I can't figure out the cats?

I just started playing this game and my brother had mentioned how in the tutorial it describes the cats and how to get around them, but I never saw a tutorial so I can't figure out these cats. Does anyone know a site I can check for the description? Or where in the game it tells me.
